We are committed to ensuring website accessibility for people with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
What are we doing?
We have been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA to make our website a positive place for everyone. We have run audits using both Chrome Lighthouse and the WAVE accessibility tool to identify errors and fix them to improve our accessibility. We have also tested keyboard navigation to ensure our site can be accessed in this way.
How are we doing?
Since we are actively working towards our goal, we realize there are some areas that may need improving. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, we ask you to contact us immediately and let us know so that we can make every effort to remove the barrier or provide alternate access to the same information.
You can contact us using the following methods:
- Phone: (508) 694-7126

Other considerations
Our office space is accessed using steps. The front of the building includes two steps up to a walkway, and one more step into our office. The rear of our office is accessed via a grassy section and three steps up to the door.
The main building in which our office is located is wheelchair accessible using a ramp in the rear of the building. We can meet with clients who may need to use this ramp in the conference room of the main building. As with all appointments, prior notice is required.
We also routinely service clients at other locations and are committed to doing the same for any client with such a request. This location may be commercial or residential. Video conferencing and telephone consultations can be also arranged.
